Working hours
You will work 24 hours, divided into 3 shifts of 8 hours each.
The shifts will be in the period 1 - 6 of July. There are three types of shifts (06-14, 14-22 and 22-06), and you should expect to try all types during the festival.
You can register as a team, with a partner or alone.
Tasks during a shift
You will be responsible for coordinating the tasks of the camping hosts and keeping them motivated. In addition, you will support and guide them during their shifts.
You will also ensure that the daily tasks are completed in Q and that both festival guests and camping hosts thrive.

As a supervisor, you are an important part of ensuring that camping area Q runs smoothly – both before, during and after the festival.
This is what we are looking for:
Minimum 21 years old – It is a requirement that you are 21 years old to take on the role as a supervisor.
Overview and drive – You must be able to remain calm and keep an overview, even when things are going fast. You must be ready to take decisions and keep track of things, to make sure that everything goes as it should.
Leadership – As a supervisor, you must take the lead, motivate the team and ensure that everyone works together towards the same goal.
Collaboration skills – You will collaborate with different functions both at the festival and in area Q. This requires that you are good at communicating and working across different levels of responsibility.
Course participation – To properly prepare for the role, you must participate in a short 2-hour course (takes place at the festival), where you will receive the necessary tools and information.
