Tent setter

Working hours

You will work 32 hours, divided into 4 shifts of 8 hours each. You can only have 1 shift per day.

The shifts will only be in the period 27 - 30 of June and during the daytime.

You can register as a team, with a partner or alone.

Tasks during a shift

You will help set up tents in camping area Q and ensure that all poles and tents fit together correctly.

You will also be an important part of the preparations for the arrival of festival guests. This means that you will help prepare the area by making the reception, toilets, shower facilities and other necessary areas ready.

About you

We are looking for people who are ready to take on the challenge and become part of a great team! Being a tent setter requires more than just strength, it also requires the right attitude and a desire to work together with others.

This is what we are looking for:

Minimum 16 years old – It is a requirement that you are 16 years old to take on the role of tent setter.

Good physical shape – It is physically tough to set up tents for 8 hours. Especially if it is blazing sun or pouring rain.

Good attitude – It is hard work, but it is much more fun with a positive attitude and a bright smile. 

Collaboration skills – Tent setter requires teamwork. You must be able to work together with others and contribute to a good atmosphere.

It is an advantage if you are firm with you hands and can think in practical solutions when the tents must be set up.
