What happens now?

• Confirmation email: Keep an eye on your inbox! We have sent you an email with details about your application or the waiting list. This email will also contain general information about the further process.
• Next steps: Depending on what you have chosen (applicant or waiting list), we will keep you updated with further information. If you have applied for a volunteer role, please note that you are only finally registered when you are active on our team in People (Learn more here).
  
  
• Waiting list: If you are on the waiting list, fear not! We do our best to find a place for everyone who wants to volunteer. You will be contacted directly as soon as an opportunity turns up.

How can you prepare?
While you wait, we encourage you to register in People, the festival's employee system. You can do this here. You can also read more on our "worth knowing" or "FAQ" page, where we have described your work tasks and useful tips for getting the best experience as a volunteer.
